○○と一緒に薬を飲まないでください。
薬の作用が強く(弱く)現れることがあります。

ex.1) Don't take the medicines with ○○, because it may enhance（reduce） the effect of the medicines.

ex.2) Avoid ○○ as the medicines may have strong（weak） effects when you take them with ○○.
