（口内・舌下）に含み、噛まずにゆっくり溶かしてください。

★Place the medicine （in your mouth／under your tongue）,
allow it to dissolve, and do not chew it.

Place the medicineは「薬の配置」、 in your mouthは「口の中」
under your tongueは「舌の下」、 allow it to dissolveで「それを溶かす」
do not chew itは「噛まないでください」。 難しい単語は「溶かす」という意味のdissolve、カタカナだとディゾルブです。
